Functions of the Department

Preparation of A.P. State School level Curriculum & syllabus in the light of curriculum framework of the NCERT.

1. Development of textbooks based on syllabus.
2. Development of handbooks for teachers.
3. Orientation programme to teachers in a cascade manner in all school subjects as and when new textbooks are     introduced.
4. Research on curriculum related issues.
